GRILL CHICKEN BBQ LEGS
Ingredent:-
1) Chicken legsl
2) 1 cup water
3) cups apple cider vinegar
4) 1/2 cup olive oil
5) 1/3 cup salt
6) cup mccormick's steak seasoning
7) 2 tablespoons pepper
8) 3 -4 fresh garlic cloves
9) 2 -3 sprigs rosemary, stripped from stem barbecue sause
STEPS:-
Mix all brine/marinade ingredients in a large bowl and then separate into zip lock bags and add chicken.Chill and marinade for at least 4 hours or more hours. (Remember though, longer the better). Grill chicken on a well oiled grill until browned on all sides, turning only once, about 15 to 20 mins each side. (A good indicator that legs are being cooked well in the inside is by observing blood seeping out from the top of the legs).Since all grills run at different temperatures, (if possible) make sure that grill is covered first and allowed to raise to 400 degrees before uncovering the grill, oiling the racks, and placing the legs onto the grill. This will help your grilling off to a great start.Never cover your grill there after, the sudden increase in heat will turn your legs to charcoal. Towards the end of your grilling(5 mins) liberally spread a bbq of your choice (I like "Sweet Baby Ray's") unto one side of the chicken. Then (if possible) place chicken legs on a top rack for indirect heat with the bbq side of the leg down and the none bbq'd side up.Spread the other side with bbq now and let the bbq really caramelize onto the legs for 5-10mins on indirect heat.(if you dont have a top rack, just reduce this time to 3 to 5mins).Now take the legs off the grill and Wah-Lah! You've just made some amazing BBQ'd legs. Bon Appetite! .All grills have hot spots so be mindful of these spots and switch your chicken around the grill as not to completely char them.
Sculpture Center Reaction
The third field trip to call “The Sculpture Center”. The space they have its huge like you can find yourself in and you can feel that you standing at the in a center where you will see a bunch of art which is going to inspire you to come back again. The space makes you to enjoy the exhibit. But you know sometime the space does matter because if the space its small then you won’t find yourself in and you won’t be able to understand the point to it.
The first thing or work of at art I think it’s the space which is worth it to view of the exhibit. And the piece of art how they view and they set up it’s a great affection over the viewer. And the floor which is likes you walking in circus. The floor had mirror which is shaped start mirror. And it’s all because of the space because if the space wants that big enough then it wouldn’t be star shaped mirror on floor.
The second work of art is “A Joia De Orixa” and this art of work when I look it at the first moment I felt that this sculpture center was made for this art because it’s so big in that size that its make to feel like it’s only belong to here. If this art was in some small place and if I go to see it then I won’t get the same feeling I get here. Because in small place this art look over you where you won’t be able to the details and thing which you can find it here. The selling or top look like a circus tent because the way they have painted and when you look at the top and when you walk its look like you walking in circus and its represent like a circus.

Art and World Events Reaction
When I heard that the tallest and the two building I used see in movies, photos, news has been attack. both building hit by plan and both has fall on ground and many people die and got injure I felt so sad and that day pray to go to give them strength to live their life. I wasn't in new York it was back home but after 7 year I came to USA and I was living in NY. I went to WTC where all new plan for next WTC building. when this year on 9/11/11 when Obama was here and I saw many people who lost their sons wife, parents, grandson etc and other people who are their to be united and giving strength and giving hope to live their life for their sons who die in that attack and let them know that we are here united holding each other hand and we are building a new building and your memory will remain live at wtc.
I would like to talk about the first art work which is share the bunch of photo taken by a man who used to work around world trade center and he took one photo which is called plan and that look like as if it was about to crash with building and the all photo taken by john pilson and entitled interregna.
The second I would like to talk about is lara favaretto’s “lost and found” and think is that every person who lost their thing or anything and they never able to find it back it will captures the feeling of uncertainty and insecurity that every single new Yorker walking on sidewalk, taking train every day.
When I was walking around and I saw bunch of question “untitled” by Barbara Kruger. When I start reading that all question got my attention and then I realize that this she wanted to make and she made this. The color, the size, the letter which written in bold and the important is its all written in the shape of an American flag. The one thing we call know see is that all those question are despair and confusion but I think we all can speak that that’s how we all felt after 9/11. Those all question wake up all of us and remind that it’s not over yet your troop still out there and fighting for us.

Good Art/ Bad Art
Good Art
The good and bad art its depend on the person and the art people looking at it. everone look at the art in different ways. for example if u see a man looking the the women's where they change cloth or a naked women or men art then who ever look at that art will be different respond to it. some people will say its sameless art or its good art the way artist has drew. ever artist showed their tealent in different ways. and people who look at it they think or decide that its good art or bad art. and good art always draw by Passion, imagination, mix art work, color, the way brush used. the good art is something which is once you look at it then every time you see others art you will compare and look for what does that art has it and this doesn't.
The bad art its someone who just did it without not knowing anything about that art. But sometime some art which look bad for example sometime we see the art like draw based on garbage thing but in that art some people can see the figure or picture which other people can’t find it. Also the bad art it’s like when you see it don’t get any feeling about it or any word from your mouth that says “wow”. So I will say that the good and bad art are based on whom you asking and how its painted and draw it.
